Homeward Bound Animal Rescue by Stephanie Fields

"The director of a Kentucky dog rescue has been arrested for animal cruelty as troopers removed 160 dogs from her home, the Kentucky State Police announced.
A trooper investigating the home said that this is the worst case of animal cruelty that he’s ever seen, CNN affiliate WTVQ reported.
Stephanie E. Fields, 40, of London, Kentucky, was arrested after troopers received a complaint concerning numerous dogs at her home, a police press release stated.
Police first made contact with Fields on November 24 and found out she was the director with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.
Inside her home, troopers discovered 30 dogs living in horrible conditions. Another 130 dogs were outside the residence, the press release stated.
Troopers say the home had no running water or electricity and was covered in filth and animal waste, according to WTVQ.
Investigators said Fields told them the home was condemned two years ago, but that she continued to live there with the animals, according to WTVQ."  read the full article using this link
